LF/WTB: MK1 8v header

Need a header for my mk1 8v Scirocco, let me know if anybody has something laying around. Also looking for a 283 degree cam.

I have a spare 8v head that came with my mk1 GTi. Haven't even taken a look at it yet just sitting in the garage.

i have a rebuilt 1.8 jh head and g-grind cam. $100

i realize he's asking for a header and not the cylinder head but its a package deal. would really like to get rid of this as i dont own any vw's anymore.

I read head and "cam" so i assumed head, not header, oops.
