WTB 17 or 16 VW MK4 Golf Rims

Posting for a friend:

Looking for a decent set of rims must be 17 (preferably) or 16 inch and fit a MK4 golf (5x100 I believe)

if with tires I would like 225/45/17 or 205/55/16
