WTB: Turbo VW/Audi

Looking specificly at 5/6 speed B5 S4, 02+ 1.8t golfs, gtis and jettas. Looking to spend max of $10,000.
Stock to modded or anything in between doesnt really matter.
Would prefer if the maintenance such as timing belt, water pump etc has been done.
Not looking for a half done project, need something that will work as is.
Has to have NO rust.
