WTR:place to park my car

well its almost that time and the place i stored my car in last year is full of stuff so im just wondering if any one here has a place that i can store my car in, heated preferably but doesnt have to be, and if i could have access to it so i can do some work on my car over winter it would be nice too, il will pay for the space as well let me know what you got
