WTB: Wagon

So my lease is nearly up. Looking to buy something cheap (im driving about 8,000km a year at the moment so I'm looking for something cheap.

Hoping to find a used wagon 2002-2005 ish (passat, a4, even mk4 jetta as long as its not a 2l).

Ideally looking for 4mo/quattro if its passat or a4..Ideally looking for a manual. Ideally under 100k. I've got a few months to figure this out so no rush.

What would you think Im looking at cost-wise?
