WTB: 2x 275/30/19 or used Porsche wheels+tires

Got a ridiculous puncture on the rear of my Carerra. It's like a hook and made two punctures and wrapped around the rubber. Anyway need two tires asap. Anyone have any?

Also will consider set of used Porsche wheels and tires.
