i got a set used like new,VW factory coil overs the owner swapped them out because he took out his oil pan twice in a week.
it will drop your car about 1 1/2 inches.Springs and bump stops only.

VW has factory coilovers for the MKIV? And it consists of just springs and bumpstops? I'm confused

over the counter purchase just ask parts and also exhaust.TUV approved.
