Yeah, a VW forum probably isn't the best place to post a want ad for a bike - but it's local.
I want a cheap and reliable cruiser that looks mean. Looking for 600 - 800cc - a Shadow, Intruder, V45, etc. Mid 1980s. Around $1500.
Basically I want a Harley with a Honda price tag (or more realistically a Honda that looks like a Harley.)
Let me know if any of you have any leads. Any school buddies selling their rides to head back to school, etc.
ps - if anyone knows of LOCAL (ie Alberta) swaps or internet forums for motorcycle classifieds other than buysell and canadatrader and newspaper classifieds hook me up!
