WTB: Newer TDI Jetta or Passat

My mom is in the market for a new vehicle. I'm trying to steer her away from GM SUV's, and have nearly sold her on Volkswagen TDI's (it's taken about 6+ years to do so).

What she's looking for is a 2004+ TDI Jetta or TDI Passat
-Preferably a sedan over a wagon
-100% must be automatic. No manuals.
-Under 60,000km
-The more options the better, except she's not too keen on leather. Heated seats, sunroof, cruise, AC would all be nice.
-I don't know if Passat's came TDI 4-Motion, but if they do, that would be great.
-Colour doesn't really matter
-Must be well taken care of and little to no mods

Please let me know what you got or know of. She just sold her Jeep, so she's looking to buy asap.

tdi passats are a bit of a rarity, and i dont think 4-mo was an option.

my mom is selling her 04 tdi jetta sport (rare model incl. differenty wheels, spoiler, sport seats, 3 spoke steering wheel, and some other missc. things)

aprox 45km, automatic/tiptronic, every option possible pretty much with the exeption of leather (has sport heated seats though), full $2000 package of 3m protectant film (it is pretty much on every panel), hood and window visors, monster mats, tinted windows, cruise, ac, sunroof....to sum it up it is fully loaded lol, it also has a 2-way lcd display car starter with keyless entry installed (costed $650 to install), and the car comes with 2 sets of wheels, oem 16 inch alloys with all season tires and 16 inch steelies (vw hubcaps) with almost brand new michelin alpine winter tires

the car was always delear serviced (northlands vw) last service was at 44km and it is flawless, no accidents

we just put it up in the trader for 24,400 OBO
the only reason selling it is because my parants bought a brand new diesel truck so they cant afford both veichles

Both that passat and Jetta are pretty much what she's looking for. Now for the final push to convince her these are a much wiser choice than a 2007 GMC Envoy.
