WTB: MK3 or MK4 TDI

Hey i'm looking for a nice TDI for under 15,000, preferably in the MK3 body style, anyone know of any good ones for sale?

For that money you can probably buy up to 2002 if you wanted. MK3's should be not that hard to find for that money. Why the MK3 and not the Mk4?

I found an mk4 golf TDI 2-door for sale in airdrie..it was parked at the mall.

the number is 420-2006..

Both good sites for looking for used TDi's. Big things to check is maintence like timing belts and intake cleanings. Also what oil was used, and how often it was used. Remember TDi's can go 15,000 km's per oil change by the manaul when using the proper oil. Oh, if the wrong oil is used stay clear, unless you have turbo upgrade plans in the future!
