WTB- 2 x 225/40/18 tires

I am looking to purchase TWO 225/40/18 tires.

Brand does not really matter (I'm not going to be toooo picky as I am on a tight time deadline).

Would prefer tires with 85%+ tread.

Must be reasonably priced.
