Hi guys I know this is not the right place to advertise but thought it might be worth a shot. Im trying to sell a condo its located in Applewood (SE), its about 2yrs old, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and about 570sqft. Included is all appliances, fridge, stove, microwave, washer/dryer. It comes with two titled parking stalls, one above ground, and one underground parking spot. Lots of vistor parking also avaliable.
Its on the 4th level in the building so you wont have to worry about people party'ing on the upper level because there is no one there, this unit is located on the highest level.
Theres also a private balcony which faces onto wetland area.
I really need this sold as I have other expenses which just came up needing urgent dealing with.
The property can easily be rented out for about $1200/monthly. Which makes it a great investment property.
Im asking $171,000 or OBO (im open to offers), I belive this is a very reasonable asking price as similar units are going for alot more.
