FS: Nikon D50 DSLR camera w/lens

Selling my lightly used D50 camera. Barely 1 yr old (yesterday!), so has 1 year of remaining CDN warranty (body), and 4 years on the lens. Purchased in Toronto from a reputable store. Comes with original box, papers, manual, camera body, quick charger, 2 batteries (each will still take >1000 shots each charge). I will post the actual shutter actuations soon. Camera is in immaculate shape, always in a Nikon bag, wiped with microfiber, never been wet/dusty/frozen. Sensor has never been touched with a cloth or a blower (have never had dust!). I will include the kit lens, 18-55mm Nikon, also with warranty and original box's.
Reason for selling? Bought a different body!

cool. good camera, not a great price. I think i would spring the extra 100 bucks and get it brand new with a flash card, 3 lenses and a carrying case on ebay.

/\/\yes, but its american, they are 3rd party lenses, and there is no warranty (canadian warranty is better than american for some reason). I looked at that too, but you run a big risk.

Buy this, hand it off to a cousin or nephew, and save bug bucks on wedding photos! What could go wrong, right?

Yeah, I wasn't talking currency, I was talking equipment location. They make USA versions, CAN versions, JAP versions, etc. None of them warranty compatible (unless you buy the intl. warranty, even then its less than the CDN warranty)....Not worried about you starting something, I'm confident in what I'm selling, and want to make sure the facts are straight.

Is the lens you are including auto-focus? That may make a difference to people.

Of course. It is the "kit lens" for this camera, and on all the reviews above that is the lens that is mounted. I find it less imperative to mention AF, than MF, because MF is in the minority nowadays....So yes AF!
