Well I lent my club to a friend, and he snapped the shaft off on the driver. It sux, but at least now I got my new Taylor Made 510. 
Essentially if anyone wants to slap a new shaft on a Great Big Bertha, the head and the head-cover can be had for cheap (ie:buy me a pop).
