Well, interest rates probably wont get any lower. If anything they are going up in the next year. This is a good time to lock into a mortgage.

Besides, if a city employee can afford it, then I'm sure you can too, Brent.

We are really thinking about it but with the wedding next month and buying another car we have like zero to put down. We would like to take a look at it though to give me a shout when you have an extra 1/2 hour.
