Hey guys,
kinda random, but I bought a house and it had this ortech electric fireplace installed. It's less than 6 months old, and it's been on for less than 6 hours. Anyhow, I tore out the wall it was mounted in, so I have no use for it.
apparently it was around $500 new, so $350 OBO seems fair.
