Take it to the Animal Services building on Portland Street, or at the very least to a vet to get scanned for microchips. There may be a licensed owner who doesn't think to look on Kijiji. At the very least, call 311 to find out what to do.

Sadly, I don't think he has a home, being non neutered and no tattoo and no microchip. And I dont think he has ever been on carpet and doesn't understand he can't walk with his nails out. He thinks the mirror is entertaining and checks himself out every time he walks by. Doesn't understand a litter box. And a plate with food on it is gone in a second.

But Still one of the best cats I've ever been around, super affectionate and loves to cuddle. Constantly kneads anything he can get his paws on.

i put my ex-girlfriends cat in the bargain finder for $25 (before kijiji was around) and a chinese guy came and picked it up. He came to the door and said:

Him: "I'll take it"
Me: "Don't you want to see it first?"
Him: "Sure"
I went and got the cat and gave it to him who grabbed it by the scruff of the neck. spun it around looking at it. pulled out $25 and gave it to me and started walking away.
Me: "Hey, don't you want the carrying case, litter box, food, toys?"
Him: "NO" and walked away cat in hand.

I wonder how it tasted that night........

I then sold carrier, litter box and toys for $20 to someone else.......... HAHA. Serves the Ex for leaving it at my house!

Yes, for the next bit anyways, I need to find it a temporary home until the g/f can get a pet friendly place in September.
