Brand New 13" Mac Book Pro

I have a brand new macbook pro with an upgraded hard drive to 320 GB.
I just bought it and it's being shipped to me but now...I should get it by the 10th of January. I've run into some cash problems and need the money more then the laptop.

its the 13 inch macbook pro with the 2.4GHz processor. only upgrade is the 320gb hard drive
because i wanted the upgraded HD, i had to get it from the online store
as a result of that, i don't have a real receipt i just have an email that has my shipping info, im sure we can call apple and transfer everything tho your name..

not yet. i was told you have 8 months to do that so i was going to wait to save up some more money before i would buy it
