Anybody seen this matte black C63AMG around town. It's wrapped with. Xpel stealth film. Here is a video of the install. Time lapse. Unfortunately I can't take credit for this one. It was done at shadow tint on Macleod.

Gotcha. I believe the colored stuff is regular vinyl... not meant as paint protection.

I think we've both mistaken each other. I'm simply looking for a vinyl wrap on my side windows, looks good and protects. I figured if he could do the job he does with the paint protection he could also do a vinyl wrap. I probably should have read through the thread a little closer. I guess the OP will set us straight.

Ryan you are correct. That material is Xpel stealth. It gives the look of a matte finish to any color. It's not vinyl it's paint protection film. Same as the stuff you see on cars all the time just without a clear shiny finish.
So if you want your mirriors flat black they must already be black.
It's a clear film no shades no colors

Ps I don't do vinyl wraps I work with paint protection film
