We are offering one of the rooms in our new two storey 1300sft house for rent. The room is a decent size north facing bedroom (no one has ever lived in it). House is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fully furnished (besides the bedroom), hardwood through out, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, nice family room set up with 47" lcd wall mount tv, yamaha sound system w/ digital cable, internet acess (wireless), nice quiet neighbourhood on the southside off 22x next to spruce meadows, easy acess to macleod trail and deerfoot, close to all amenities in shawnessy and sommerset lrt. We have one large breed dog that is very quiet, well behaved and never barks.. but will not hesitate to protect our $&%^ when were gone! and 2 cats, feel free to bring your well behaved pet. There is plenty of parking out front/side and in the alley. Also there will be room in the basment to store some items.
