Compton, i have been in touch with you over a year ago about your job (lounge downtown by the tracks) forget the exact name. So, as mentioned, been a user for a while.

Hey do you do appraisals as well?
I'am Co-Signing for a condo built across my street but i think it's totally overpriced and
