$1500/month - Available April 1, 2009

Here are the details:

- 1550 square foot, 3 bedroom , 2.5 baths, 2 story, with partially developed basment
- Fenced Yard with off street parking.
- Includes Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge, Stove & Microwave
- Lawn service included
- Will be freshly painted inside
- Hot Tub is negotiable.

I will also let the new tenants move in a week early for free as I will be in my new place by then.

If you or anyone you may know is looking for a nice place in the SE let me know. I will also pay a finders fee to anyone that hooks me up with a tenant.

I'll pass this on to my sis and her fiancee, they have been looking for a place, not sure if its to rent or if they want to buy though. I'll let them know either way though.

Well if they want to rent it for a while and then buy it we can talk about that as well. Perhaps a rent to own depending on thier situation.

Just talked to them and they've decided to move back to Fort McMurray. God knows why but I think they miss bringing in the big paychecks, lol. Sorry I couldn't help ya out!

Id be surprised if they still have a job opening in FtMc. its pretty hard up there at the moment. im heading up there next week to talk about more projects and contracts closing down.
