I am selling a BRAND NEW still-in-box iPod Touch 8GB. I have removed the UPC code from the box, but other than that it's just like you would get brand new. It's never been turned on and all protective plastics are in place.

bump for bill.. apparently apple stock is set to rise quite a bit in the next few weeks with release of new macbooks.. no more plastic they'll all be aluminum

You should have picked up the 32 GB model....I am thinking of getting one myself. Of course I just bought 4 Mac Pro towers and a Macbook Pro before they had the deal out. As a side not the Mac Pro towers are wicked fast systems...pair of quad core CPUs @ 3.2 GB and 16 GB Ram.
