Bell is CDMA so should be no SIM, so no go on Rogers.

This blackberry does use a SIM card. It's the only phone bell sells that does use a SIM card.

As for using it with Rogers...it should work, but let me double check and I'll get back to you.

Nope it won't work on Rogers. Its a CDMA world phone which offers a SIM card slot however when the phone detects it has CDMA Signal with Bell or an affiliate it well not let you switch to GSM mode.

You could run it without Data. Or unlimited email for 15 bucks.
