It is much sadness that Im selling my 2002 Audi S4...wife's company only allows cars 4 years or newer, and the car's at that limit. SO.. I need to get rid of the car. Im asking exactly what I owe. $35 000
I am incredibly picky with how clean this car is. It is waxed with Zymol Vintage, and all other detailing is done with Zymol products. ( wheel cleaner, seal, wheel protect, etc )

You still owe $35000 on it? After 4+ years? Must have been the 10-year lease option.
ouch... your monthly payment for that car must have been much less than the cars monthly depreciation value.
Comparable S4's are going for $26-28K in Alberta. But then again they dont come waxed...

We have to get rid of it because her company wants their sales people in newer stuff.. its just a stupid rule. My wife works as territory Manager for a medical company, so she spends alot of time driving around all over alberta.. hence the higher mileage.
DubSport.. We bought the car in May/06. I basicly have just paid off the interest and am now chipping away at the principal. There are only 2 other 2002 S4's for sale in the Auto Trader in Canada. 1 in Regina with 94 000 km and 1 in N. Vancouver with 74 000km. The ones for sale in Alberta are all 00-01 cars. There are a few very signifigant differences from 01 to 02 ( or 01.5 if you get technical. )
Different ECU
No F-Hose ( troublesome )
Better designed TB Boot
Better Oil Inlets for the Turbos
Bigger Oil passage in the K03s
Different Intake Manifold
Hitachi MAF
Aluminum Uprights
Those are the big differences.. there are alot of little insignifigant changes too.
The price may seem a bit hight.. but I put alot of stuff into this car..
The Extended Warranty was like $2500
The 2 sets of tires.
The Clutch.. Its a LUK.. Brand New .. Not a reman.. I called the dealer and they only offer Reman clutches. This was not a cheap Upgrade.
The APR Snub Mount
The HID kit
Hawk Street pads.. $$ Ouch!
The AirFilter...
The Diverter Valves. They are 710n's.. The dealer wanted to put in 710a's
The Software
Sparkplugs were $100...
The Low Temp coolant sensor..
So yes, I am asking alot, but there is alot offered.
And next month it will be cheaper!! I just want out of it whats oweing... Then I can buy a 335i.
BTW.. There were only 642 S4's shipped to the USA for the 2002 model year. I do not know how many were shipped to Canada, but the numbers are extremely low
And its RED! and Red cars are faster...

For anyone interested, this car is in amazing shape. I have seen it many times and it blows me away how well maintained it is.

Duby T.. Yes.. I told Alex.. But if we put a deposit on the car in Jan.. I won't see it untill March. I want a base model, except for ONE factory option.. I want the rear end from the automatic put in at the factory. The 6sp. car has a final drive of 3.08 and the Auto car is 3.41.. Im still waiting to hear on it. Plus I will get 19'' rims ( BBS knock offs.. Beyruns?? ) and a set of H&R springs done at the time of delivery.

Well.. I think that we will keep this car for a while yet. Ive been really driving the piss out of it the last few days and I absolutly love it to death.
I know that we will have to get a new car, but we have been talking about selling the Type R and the Cresta in the spring instead.
And I am pretty sure that a pair of K04/16's would make this car a hell of a lot better. Maybe a new project car ...
