hey bob what are the best toyo winters and how much 205/55/16

'Best" is relative to needs and specific use. Some people want better ice traction and don't mind that a tire wears very quickly. Others do a lot of high spped highway driving and need a tire that works decent in winter but still retains some treadwear and more possitive handling characteristics. Some people live off the beaten path and need a deep snow type tire. Etc, etc, etc...

That being said, out of the Toyo Tires in that size, The Garit KX is an awesome products. Handles well for a winter tire, has very good snow and ice properties, and has decent ride quaility also...

Are you looking for tires only or tires and steel wheels?

Bob, How about a price on a set of winters for a 96 jetta? There's 195/60R14 on there now.

These are just for in city driving to and from work.
