    2000 Jetta GLS 1.8T (silver)

    *** Heavily modded ***

(Approx 300whp. Dynoed at concept1 making 272whp before installing a FMIC and getting better programming specific for the GT28RS)

Engine: The engine was modified for high level boost and airflow. The pistons were replaced with Wiseco’s and matching rings. The head came off a 2003 1.8T and was worked to flow more. The block was completely worked over with a new crank, bearings, oil-pump, and cylinders bored up to 81.5mm. The displacement is almost 1.9L on this engine now. The car is designed to speed and has basically got 3000km on the engine.

    Ambient air Intake: K&N airfilter.

Big turbo: ATP supplied Garrett GT28RS (dual ball bearing top of the line
    turbo)

Programming: Unitronic software designed for the GT2871 (GT28RS)

Intake: Eurojet Front Mounted Intercooler FMIC.

Exhaust: ATP 3” highflow & catless down to 2.5” at mid then Borla muffler w/hidden tip (Techtonics 2.5" SS exhaust)

Fueling: Tyrol Sport fuel pump. Enough to easily supply 300whp. Also has

    TyrolSport adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

Suspension: Currently @ stock for winter but comes with KW Variant1 adjustable coilovers. ABD anti-sway bars Front AND Rear. (this car is on rails with suspension fully dialed in)

Brakes: Brembo crossdrilled front AND rear with ceramic pads.

Gauges: TechEdge Wide-band O2meter. Autometer Phantom Boost -30 to +30psi. Autometer Phantom EGT meter.

    Wheels: Stock 16” wheels w/winters & AEZ 17” wheels w/summer Ventus tyres.

Maintenance: Had timing belt, water pump, tensioner all replaced with better German imported parts at 80,000 km. Coolant flushed 2 times per year. Oil change and filter every 5000km religiously. Fuel filter replaced every 2 years. Brakes flushed and bled every 2 years.

    Looking to get $19,000
