Re: Gti Steering Wheel
Just a warning to anyone dealing with BiggieSmalls....
Make sure you get an actual picture, and know the item is in the exact condition stated!!
On another forum he used stolen pictures, (Pictures from Audiworld..) and sold bent wheels..(Same ones for sale here!) He maintains he didnt know about the wheels, but he advertised them as straight and they are not, and will not give the guy a refund. The wheels vibrated at speed, the buyer got them checked out, and they were in fact bent. Biggie refuses to do anything about them.
Please make sure whatever he sells is in the exact condition advertised. I personally wouldnt deal with this guy.. but buyer beware.

Re: Gti Steering Wheel
It was the Audi "RS4" celebration wheels.. the guy has all of his contact info, and has been trying to work it out but Biggie claims its not his fault because he didnt know the wheels were bent. The buyer is trying to work something out.. but it doesnt look good so far. Besides calling him out on forums it looks like the only thing left is small claims court.. but thats a pretty big hassle. Biggie sells on here and Beyond, so hopefully he will smarten up.
The buyer only found out the picture was stolen when he posted it on Audiworld asking for advice about refinishing.. and one guy spoke up about his picture.
He said he was going to post it on Beyond, but I knew that he wasn't on this board, but Biggie was.
I hope it all gets worked out! Until then buyer beware....

Re: Gti Steering Wheel
What's your piont , I don't have a digital camera, so I used some pictures from the internet to post my add! You are a looser, I bought my car with the wheels that I sold to drewgold and I am sorry that he was not happy with them but that is none of your business. They were used wheels. Oh yea and did I mention that you are a LOOSER. Mind your own business..didn't you learn that in ...what was it...grade 4! Guess not LOOSER

Re: Gti Steering Wheel
You sold something fraudulantely and dont have the balls to stand up and make things right... Drew posted in another forum that I frequent asking what to do, and I wanted to make sure no one else got caught up with you selling crap.
Hopefully you will find the brain cells to make this right before you end up in small claims court.
PS. "Looser" is spelt with one O Loser.
Just remember Karma is a ***** and you will get yours!!Last edited by R-Audi; 06-28-2006, 10:50 AM.

and please........small claims court???........they're freaking tires and wheels for friggs sake....who gives out receipts when selling wheels anyhow......
I believe people want to have their cake and eat it too, they want cheap stuff, and they also want the benefits that come with a full price purchase.....and I just don't think those 2 go together AT ALL!!....my 2 cents.Last edited by TURBONIUM; 06-28-2006, 12:23 PM.Honda...the illusion of Speed!!

Re: Gti Steering Wheel
Originally posted by TURBONIUMYou know what, I've bought wheels from here before, and they did vibrate, nad the tires had cracks on the side walls that leaked air, even though the tires and wheels looked brand new, however, I am aware of the risk I take when I buy something used from a private seller, so I know the wheels are my problem and for "ME" to figure out, thus, I figured it out on my own. If you want warranty and a perfect product, I suggest people buy NEW, but that's just me....using my common sense. I believe if the seller allowes people to inspect what he's selling before the purchase is finalized, the seller has done all he's required to do, when selling a used product.

Thats what small claims court is for. Items under XXX amount, which the wheels fit perfectly into. You dont need a receipt. GO watch Judge Judy if you need clarification. (Bit of a leap.. I know)
Drew specifically asked if they were true and BS complied. Being out 0.092 is quite a bit with wheels, and BS would have noticed the vibration. 3 of 4 wheels were bent, and he couldnt tell by looking at them. The wheels did have rash that had been repaired, and Drew figured thats why they were so cheap.. not because they were bent and would need $150 extra per wheel to be fixed. With the amount that it would take to fix and the original price it is close to the peice of a new set. BS also advertised the same tires.. which 1 of the 4 were different..
IF BS would have said I dont know.. or No, I dont think there would be anything to argue about.. asking specifically about this and him telling him otherwise is deception and or fraud.
If you went ahead and asked the seller of your wheels the exact same questions I would expect to get good straight wheels, and if they weren't in fact what he sold you would have the right to be upset.

Originally posted by stefanyou dont need a recipt for a verbal contract, thats why its verbal.... but if conditions were made (ie: no wobble) and consideration was given, then by rights its a binding contract. sure it might be petty to some, but even 'cheap' wheels are a big chunk of change to others.
and by the way I never suggested people buying used stuff were Cheap, I mean I paid a grand for my wheels.......but, like the adult that I am, I took responsability for my own actions.Honda...the illusion of Speed!!
