does the mounting bracket mount in the same holes as the standard NA front plate?

          Re: FS:Euro Plate

There a about a hundred differnt holes on the back of the plate so i am sure 2 of them will line up just fine. If not it would be super easy just to drill your own but i highly dought you would need to do that.

Is it an older german plate or a newer EU German plate?

Pic of the euro plate. The bottom silver circle seal is broken in order to make it across the border.
