WTB: 96-99 Stock Suspension for Golf/Jetta..Trades

Hi, I have a 96 VW Golf, which I bought lowered, and I am looking to get it lifted or put in the stock suspension. I am wondering if anybody has their stock suspension for sale or maybe even a possible swap/trade. Also any advice on where is a good place to install. What kind of Golf? and how did you lower it? (springs? Springs/shocks?, coilovers?) I have the springs/shocks from a 96 CL golf (mid year) that you can have for oh......25 bucks they have about 145,000 on them decent for a 96 i'd say.

Its a 1996 1.8L CL. I bought the car already lowered so I didnt do it myself, but i think that it is springs and shocks but i might be wrong. Im interested in your offer, but i would have to make sure of exactly what mine has. Also do u know if a job like this is hard to do and if you have any tips or is it best to go to a shop to get it done.

I have a 96 Golf GL w/ stock suspension (230,000km) that I would trade you (+ cash), if you would be interested. How low is the car right now?

I dont know the exact specifications but there is about a finger and a half length between and the car has 17" tires on it.
Also does anybody recommend any good shops to get this done job.
