  • FS: 1984 Rabbit GTi

    EDIT: SOLD

The Rabbit is up for sale!

It is the 2 tone silver/black beauty.

Most receipts since new, very anal owner and so extremely well maintained. I had all the rust sorted on it when I got it. Down to bare metal with a sandblaster and new windshield frame welded in. It has single round conversion done with new fenders, euro small crystal clear/red tails done with welded metal plates for filling, as are the rear side reflector deletes. Body and paint costing many thousands!

Front lights are cracked and pretty suitable for a fish bowl but shouldnt be too much over $100 for new ones. Drivers seat has a tear but otherwise the interior is pretty good (although it is red!!).

Rare in north america, it has Zender Daytona wheels with nearly new bridgestone SO3s !!!!!
Lowered on Autotech springs with adjustable Koni shocks.
    New front disks and pads
    New windshield
    New radiator
    Euro G-Grind cam
OEM wheels with 3 new winter tires (1 got damaged last year after tire shops stopped stocking them)
    Mileage is about 167k (miles)
Will throw in FM CD/MP3 changer (still sounds like **** as it is going to stock stereo) but tape player does not work

    OFFERS??????

Pics coming as soon as I can get it clean near a camera!

How much are you asking for it?
Some days you step in it, some days you don't.

this would be a great car to have for the winter, or summer... if you would take $0.25 and a bottle of cheese wiz I would be in.

Oh, forgot to mention an Autotech catback that is in the trunk and will probably be on the car pretty soon...

Lets say serious offers over 2k. I am hoping for closer to 3.

                            Hah! thanks Russell

Actually response has been decent so it shouldn't take too long.

I told my bro about both Simon's Rabbit and Jason's golf, he was pretty interested in the Rabbit but now its gone, and semi interested in the golf, but he would have to sell his sunfire (impossible to sell since it sucks) before he could buy anything so I think he is out of luck. I am not surprised both cars are selling fast!
