  • Feeler: 02 Sport GTI seats, heat and airbag

So, I'm teetering on the edge of ordering the red recaros from the states for my car, and would then put these up for sale, is there interest?? $600 fronts and rears cdn. These are heated, and airbagged, and MORE supportive than 02.5's (narrower in the bolsters). If there is interest I'll sell!

So any advice on how to get around customs?? I'm gonna be hit with 13% duty (6% auto part duty, 7% GST, as told by the customs guys) when I come back with a set of seats in the back of my car! How can I avoid this???

Take the seats out before you leave, and ride down there on milk crates

thought about that! I think I'll pick up a set of junkyard seats, and throw em in the back, calim them on the way down, that way I don't look any different coming up with an extra set of seats! Of course, junk the junkyard ones when I get down!
