  • Fs: Ghl 1.8t Cai

Bought this for my new GLi a couple of weeks ago. I had it on the car for a day but its too loud for my tastes so I'm selling it. I bought it from Autobraun for $245 and I'll sell it for $220. It was on the car for less than 24 hours so its as good as new. Anyhow, let me know if there is any interest.

    too loud?

do you mean the 'sucking' noise when you accelerate. or the psssshhhh when you shift gears?

How is it when you're cruising (hwy)?

I can vouch for VRado6, he's a good guy and i know him personally.

He litterally had it on for only a day, guess he's getting too old for go fast noises.

Mostly the sucking sound when accelerating. On the highway when cruising the intake is silent. I dunno, I just didnt really like it. The intake its self is a really nice product, and looks almost OEM when installed, but the sound just wasnt for me.

          Thanks for the info.

I'd like to get a CAI, but I can't justify that much cash for a filter on a stick.

          Bump for ya...
