Rabbit GTI for sale

Have decided to sell my winter car, 1984 Rabbit gti.

It is black with blue cloth. Stock. Unknown km's due to broken odometer. Sunroof, 5 spd.

A little rough around the edges, spots of surface rust(no perferation), interior is so-so. pretty much average for its age.

It has always started, even in -30 weather, and drives well.

$1300.

Yea Ryan. Cheaper than having to replace you're body kit after driveing a calgary winter or two.

I drove an 84 Rabbit GTI a couple of winters ok and I have to say it was a lot of fun!!! Good luck with the sale Chad!!

I DO drive an 84 GTI for winter, and it is sweet. Although when I get it painted (BMP) and slammed etc... I may have to find another winter beater!

Well, I've only had the car for a little over a year, and the odo didnt work from day one. So I really couldnt even guess on the mileage.But a lot of wear components have been replaced by the previous owner. Battery, alternater, brakes etc.

Mike, from what I have heard of your rabbit ,mine doesnt compare. Mint mk1's are pretty tough to find.

Mk1 gti's are fun, tough little cars. No creature comforts, but with a good set of winter tires, actually pretty good in the snow.

I wouldnt say it was a "sweet" car. Kinda ugly actually.

Mk1's are just fun to drive, and I miss owning one.
