I purchased this slightly used ECS RS5 stage 4 big brake kit with 380mm rotors for my S5. I thought they'd look great with my 20" Vossen wheels. It turns out the wheels have an inner lip right where the caliper would sit so they won't fit and now I'm putting them back up for sale.
These come with genuine Audi RS5 8 pot calipers, lightweight 380mm 2 piece rotors, SS brake lines, Hawk HPS pads and custom caliper brackets to allow them to work on all B8's plus the a4 allroad and Q5's.
The rotors are barely worn and have no lip. They measure 34mm and the wear thickness is 32mm.

They should fit on most 19" wheels. There is a template at the ECS link that will let you test to see if they will fit on your wheels.
With shipping and taxes and exchange you'd be looking at just over $4k for this kit.
