You'll need this if want to install a CAI in your 2.0T FSI and retain the engine cover. The factory air intake chamber part has been cut off.
It is not perfect as the rear of the engine cover has a crack near the mounting points however I've has installed on the R for years and it works. Plus its free. Keep it as a spare or mount on your garage wall or use it as target practice at a shooting range.
