Well I've decided to post again. Hopefully I can move this car, lost all interest in it and have to many other cars to deal with.
2001 Audi S4. Give me $6500 and drive it away.
The good:

SRM RS6 Downpipes
SRM exhaust
JHM B7 RS6 stage 4 clutch/flywheel
034 race mounts

B6 S4 front brakes

New timing belt, water pump, n75 valve, aux pump delete, etc..
Port matched intake manifold
I know there is more that I am missing. Lots of new parts, lots of good parts. All performance parts have less then 2000kms on it.
The bad.
Needs a 2nd gear synchro, will not shift into second unless the car is shut off. Stupid pos o1e.
Needs front bumper. Destroyed 2 so missing one.
Paint is a bit rough, not terrible but not great either. Santorin blue.
I can message people pictures of the part when the were off the car or being installed.
Lots of work, done to this thing. I need it gone.
