The good
This has been a great little family hatchback! Extremely reliable and well maintained Mk4 VW Golf.
Interior is in literally awesome shape and always kept extremely clean.
Engine is running perfect. Timing belt done at 130K and water pump replaced too so it should be good for another 100 at least. Regular oil changes.
Canada car. Car has a 100% clean carfax too!
My brother and dad took good care of the car.
The bad
Caught in a hail storm and has the typical puckered hailstorm dents on the roof and hood. Decided to sell it rather than make a hail damage claim etc.
Full disclosure - few scratches on the front bumper and very tiny rust spots starting on the edge of the front driver fender.
Bottom line for NVD members
If you want a cheap Mk4 Golf with low mileage, clean title, great engine and interior & maybe want to deal with the hail/paint this is it. Good beater, winter car, etc.
Asking Price : $4300 OBO. Posting for a family member, please call as they are motivated for a quick sale and I am sure you can negotiate my dad a bit.
