  • Fire sale: Tarmacs

Change of heart. I'd have edited the other thread, except it is locked.

$1200 if picked up before this weekend is out, for this flawless set with new tires mounted and ready to roll!

    Hi all,

Selling my 18x8.5 and 18x9.5 et+45 all around, 1552 tarmacs and tires as I'm selling the car they are destined for. They have been refinished in (my favourite) OE BBS silver.
Come sporting new 225-40-18 summer tires (Evergreen brand). Perfectly mint.

These wheels are 66mm CB but will accept hub rings to get them down to 57.1 for VW, or can be used as-is on Audis.

Evergreen is just the brand of tire. It's a summer tire, but it's a cheap tire. Without tires I'll sell them for a sweet $900.

5x112 is the bolt pattern. Sorry for not listing that. At et+45 there's room for adapters to run these on a MK4 application

Wobble bolts can be used to run these on a 5x114.3 setup.

You would need at least 15 mm spacers to run these on the Imola.

Correct, but that's why the fronts are a full inch narrower at 8.5j front.

I have made an embarrassment of my family, with my noob offset inaccuracies lol

Best of luck with the sale!

Interested in them, just wondering if they have been damaged as the add states refinished?

                    Re: Fire sale: Tarmacs

Two of the wheels had slight bends on them when I picked them up, and the previous owner had plasti-dipped them some different colours. So I had them stripped by Steve at WheelTek (wheeltek.ca) and ensured they were 100% straight and true. Then I had them resprayed in BBS silver. No cracks or gouges or anything like that. The bends were cosmetic.

Sale is contingent on something else I'm eyeing still being available. Otherwise I'm keeping em.
