Nice car, nice price. The ebrake light is flashing due to the failed abs module, most likely no issue with pad sensors. Also these modules can be repaired cheap

ABS module replaced, rear brake pads replaced, stock engine mounts replaced with solid rubber mounts, exhaust flex pipe was looking worn so the lower DP was replaced, Stage 1 tune installed.

Car feels great! If she doesn't sell, more tuning in the spring.
