Hey all I'm selling my MK1 Jetta, the Kijiji ad is being difficult and held up for some reason. I'll post a link when it up and running. Here is what I have now.
PRICE DROP $1200.00 I now need to do some hail repairs on my other vehicles and I need this out of my garage. All the new parts will go with it but I haven't installed them yet. I may do it this weekend if I can find some time.

Perfect project MK1. The short of it is, this is a pretty clean MK1 if you are reading this everthing is par for the course on one of these all of the usual suspects are there or taken care of. The big stuff is in great shape.
If you misclicked or want to get into MK1's this is a perfect canvas, as you can just drive it and enjoy it's simplicty and slowly turn it into your perfect vehicle.
This vehicle has perfect strut towers and great floors in it. Has some minor surface rust and small scratches, dents and dings but its 30 years old. Hood has a good dent in the front. I have a spare for it, it is just black. I have a set of 15" BBS baskets I can include with the car if you want. 200k original kms on a 1.7 which means it has another 750,000 kms to go.
The Good
NO ROT.
Super clean in and out, interior is minty. You can eat out of the engine bay.
Rebuilt the shifter and new clutch cable.
The not so good.
It's had some rough times in the parking lot. Scratches and dings.
Dent on hood.
It's a 1.7. So you won't be winning a ton of races. The upside is it gets great fuel milage.
Let me know if you want to mod the car, I can help with that too. Just let me know what you want to do. Last image is of strut tower showing no rot.
Price is O.B.O. depending on if you want extra parts or not.
