  • Feeler - 225 40 R18 tires??

I bought new tires last spring, and got a wheel alignment, but Fountain Tire botched the wheel alignment and now the tires have some irregular wear that causes a bit of a pull to the right. The tires have piles of tread, so I don't really want to give up on them, but the pull drives me nuts. I will either put up with it, or break down and buy new ones...

Any chance someone would pay a few bucks for a set of 225 40 18 tires w/ decent tread and a little pull? Good for a beater, or maybe autocross or something? Guys who compulsively do burn-outs and drifts ?

Don't know if there is any value here - I'm thinking maybe on kijiji, but not likely on this forum.

They are 225 40 R18 Toyo Extenza HPs.

Is the pull really noticeable Stefan?

If in the left lane and the road crown works in your favour it runs pretty straight...
To me, it is enough pull to be a pain in my ass. I can be easily annoyed though. You'd almost have to take my car for a spin and judge. I kind of think it would be a little much for average joe car enthusiast.....

As Tirebob put it, it's probably better to put them on kijiji for some young guy to buy who wants dirt cheap tires and has too big of a stereo to notice the car pulling .

lol ok thanks. I'll probably pass too then. I can't stand little things like that either, would probably regret the 100 dollar mounting fee even more if it bothered me. Thanks!
