I recently bought a new vehicle and don't have space to store my GTI anymore so unfortunately it has to go. I have owned this car for 6 years and driven it to Las Vegas 3 times with zero issues. The car is registered and insured in Alberta with a clean title. I have never driven it in the winter and it has always been stored indoors. The car comes complete with all of the manuals and 2 sets of keys. This is the rarest version of MK4 with only 250 sold in Canada and a total of 1500 in North America. Onto the details:

Within the past 12 months I have done the following maitenance:
-Timing belt and tensioner
-4 new oem coilpacks
-Oem coilpack harness (replaced the entire harness from the ECU all the way to the coilpacks)
-Speed sensor
-Coolant temp sensor
-New valve seals in the head
-New headgasket (had to be replaced when doing valve seals)
-New valve cover gaskets
-New brake light switch (recall)
-New CV axles
-New brake pads
Within the past 24 months:
-New PCV valve
-New front wheel bearings
-New MAF sensor
-New AC condenser and AC recharged (still blows cold)
The car comes with the following modifications:
Engine:
-3" Magnaflow turbo back exhaust (causes engine light)
-Forge 007 diverter valve
-Polished aluminum cold air intake
-Front mount intercooler
Brakes/Suspension:
-OEM Porsche 12.4" front brakes (4 piston calipers)
-Stainless steel brake lines
-ST Coilovers
-Eibach rear sway bar
Wheels/Tires:
-VMR VB3 wheels (18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear)
-Falken 452 tires with around 12 000 kms on them
-ECS tuning 5x100 to 5x120 wheel adapters
-Tires rub slightly when there is a lot of weight in the back of the car, the paint on the rear passenger side wheel arch is a little burnt because of this
Exterior:
-Filled hood notch (welded)
-Filled bumper notch
-Shaved rear hatch (welded)
-Shaved rubstrip
-Black metallic pearl roof (paint not vinyl)
-OEM Hella 20th Anniversary headlights
-VW Phaeton antenna
-FK badgless grill (painted to match roof)
-3M on entire front end
Interior:
-New South column mounted boost gauge
-Pioneer deck with iPod and Aux in cable (wired for sub and amp)
Please note that the car comes with the following extras:
-2 SETS of coilovers. Vmaxx are installed on the car and I will include a brand new set of ST coilovers (made by KW) that retail for $800.
-2 sets of floormats, one set of cloth and one set of OEM monster mats in case you choose to drive the car in the winter
-The windshield is cracked however I will pay to have a new one installed when the car is sold
