First off I'd like to say hi to everyone on the forum, I'm new to Calgary (moved from Manitoba about 8 months ago) and new to the forum. There are some sweet looking VW's in this city! Now on to the sale of my pride and joy, just like the title says: 2004.5 Jetta GLI for sale. It is my daily driver, km's on the clock are 169,xxx and counting. Maintenance records are the following:
-Timing belt and water pump were done in Utah/2009 @ 90,000 km
-The valve cover gasket and cam tensioner seal were replaced over the winter of 2011 due to a small oil seep
-All breaks were replaced in the winter of 2011 with Zimmermann coated rotors and PBR metalmaster pads.
-Oil change every 5,000-6,000 km's with lubromoly full synthetic 5w40 oil
These records were given to me all by the previous owner, I have all kinds of receipts to go along with the owners manual.
Now the car has a few tasteful modifications,
-KW variant1 coilovers
-GIAC X+ software
-3' inch street turbo back exhaust
-Forge tip
-AEM dry flow filter
-VW 710N diverter valve
-WRD dog bone bushings
-VW R32 short shifter
-AWE tunning boost gauge
-VW Euro front rub strip
-OEM Euro aspherical blind spot mirrors
-Pioneer AVA P400 in dash DVD player with Ipod integration
-OE GLI headlights (they were brand new when I bought the car last summer).
Guys I'll be honest, it may not be the best but it's in pretty mint and clean condition. I've taken it to Calgary Autoworks and Collin and Chris said that it was in real good shape for the age of the car. I'm hoping they see my ad and kindly get on here and vouch for my car. Reason for selling it is...well I just need the money. I've set a realistic price for what I think the car is worth and the asking price is $11,750.
