Feeler 1998 BMW M3 S52 + Transmission

So the time has begun I have began funding a LS3 + T56 Swap into my 1998 BMW M3 Sedan, so I no longer have a need for the engine and tranny. 218,XXX original KM on the engine and 5 speed transmission. Just wanted to see if there was any interest

Also what exactly is included? All accessories? DME? EWS?

I am trying to decide on pricing however im open to offers it will come with everything needed EWS DME etc i can throw in a full exhaust as well, I am hoping to pull it in the winter. I have had it since about 200k and always stayed on top of it with regular oil changes it runs strong.
