is the APR testpipe somehow superior to the others available? this CTS one seems to be $100 cheaper for a brand new one

I don't think there's much of a difference. Just overpriced APR. I bought the APR and had it on the car for a few days before my turbo went and I ended up with the CTS turbo now which has that same test pipe.

I am open to offers on the testpipe.
