Is the engine, fuel system, harness, ECU available?

what parts of the fuel system? like do you need the tank, pump, lines, injectors, and fuel rail?
what harness do you need as well?
i have the engine but i have taken the turbo and intake manifold off.

Just a little FYI, the Golf one is different from the Jetta one. (Assuming it's for the city)
