Unfortunately, I don't have the time to Finnish the retrofit that I somewhat started. I have stock golf headlights taken apart, and also a set of halo projector headlights that I took the signal/halogen projectors/fog projectors from. When I ran the headlights, the light output was actually pretty good. I ran hid bulbs in the projector housings. The projectors have a pretty good cut off. It has all you would need to make a set of pretty nice headlights.
200 bucks Obo, throw me a reasonable offer. If you have the time, these could be made into some pretty good headlights.
