Today at pick n pull on Barlow I stumbled across a mk2 jetta With a solid looking 16v head. No manifolds, but from what I saw intake valves look good. Body's in rough shape, interior is torn apart aside from all door cards (good shape) except the drivers side.
A full set of rokkor coils that could use some new mounts.
I should add, the head and cams looked as if they had 200kms on them. No wear on the lobes or lifters. Not a spot of dark staining on the head or cams. Could be a steal for someone with the right size head bolt tool
