would you need porsche rotors to run these? if not what size rotor do they work with?

Just depends on what application you are bolting them too, some Audi platforms enthusiasts have made billet brackets for and they bolt right up and will tell you what rotor you need, others you will have to make your own brackets for or look at what others have done online, then it would depend what you found with your measurements if you needed the rotors, keep in mind they are also 5x130 so a lot of VW/Audi guys won't use them but some might.
